Give me a break! Rick Santelli doesn’t have the first clue what he is talking about. The idea that anyone is in a position to buy up all of these foreclosed homes is beyond idiotic, and that having abandoned homes instead is somehow better for the rest of us is insane!

As opposed to the bailout for people who couldn’t afford what they bought in the first place? Talk about throwing good money after bad! The bottom line in Santelli’s tirade is that government is not THINKING — where’s the money coming from? ME AND YOU! Well, me anyway, I don’t know if you’re a taxpayer or not. The issue is not abandoned homes, the issue is folks being forced to pay what they owe without stealing my money to pay for it!
