This is getting to be kind of fun. I’ve even added a new category in my sidebar. Tests will be listed there.
I tend to have difficulty with tests like this, because tests usually as “either/or” between two extremes, and I usually opt for — if not middle ground — at least understanding the “why” in a question. For instance, “I think everyone has a right to the basic necessities of life”, man what a double-edged sword! Of course I think that, but I do not think that it’s the government’s job to provide it, so how do you answer the question? Anyway, here’s how I turned out:

Oh, and you get to suggest a law that would forever be enforced by a Goon Squad. Given the nature of the liberal Judiciary, I have a sneaking idea from which political spectrum that question came from, but I gave it a shot:
“I would dictate that…the Constitution be interpreted by the original intent of the framers, and with the guidance of the Federalist Papers, not forgetting the foundation laid by the Declaration of Independence.”
Notice that I’m sitting square on Reagan’s left jawbone! WooHOO!
